Web Packages are color coordinated images that are designed to go together and provide enough graphics to complete a small web site.
To use a Web Package simply right click on each image you wish to copy including the background and choose:
"Save Picture As:" or "Save Background As:".
It is a good idea to keep them all together in one folder so that you won't have to hunt them down when you get ready to insert them into your web site.
